You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. ji18 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
ji18 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. ji18 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
